Dear John,

The windows have been replaced! We followed your "installer's" request to not operate them for 48 hours to let the caulking cure completely and have already shown them twice to other Heather Garden Residents.

John, they are beautiful and are a quality product that I would feel confident to specify for any project. The windows have been designed for service to the owner and are pleasing to the sight.

Your "installer" Jackson and his sidekick did a wonderful job. They were extremely careful when removing the existing windows as well as when installing the new. They were clean, careful and courteous about "our house" in all respects. Jackson is a superior craftsman and takes pride in his work. He is one of the best caulkers I have ever seen. The finished product is perfect in all respects.

I want to thank you and your company for the fine products, installation, and cooperation throughout all phases of replacement of the windows in our home. It has been a pleasure "doing business" with you! Sometime in the future we will replace our patio door also.

I am writing a letter that I hope will be published in "Heather & Yon", our monthly news magazine, about our pleasant experience with American Exteriors. We will also invite anyone to come and see our beautiful replacement windows.

To Whom It May Concern,

Our new windows were installed a week and a half ago and we couldn’t be more pleased with them. We immediately noticed the heater was not going on as often as before, and the house no longer felt drafty. We used to get ice buildup on the inside of the sliding glass window every morning in the winter, but not anymore. Now it opens and closes easily and there is no condensation.

We were pleasantly surprised when we realized that noise from outside was much reduced. We live on a busy street and used to be able to hear traffic quite often, but no longer. Even our neighbor’s barking dog does not bother us anymore!

Both inside and out, the windows and sliding glass door look great! Now the house seems so much brighter because of the new windows. They are easy to open and close, and do not make that horrible screeching noise like our old aluminum windows did.

The installers were quick, efficient and professional. Our neighbors couldn’t believe they installed all the windows in one day!

Wow! What a difference the siding has made to our home. We love the color and the salesperson made a special effort to make sure we picked out the right color and were happy with it. It is so much brighter and clean looking than the brown wood that was on the home when we purchased it two years ago.

I would like you to know how very pleased we are with the workmanship the installers provided. They were every bit the professionals! When we had our nit picky moments, they were on the ball and either explained “why” they did what they did or worked with us to meet our standards. I have to tell you our standards are very high, not to mention our expectations. I am a former personnel and operations manager, and I taught customer service and marketing on the high school level, so I accept nothing but the best. The installers were SPECTACULAR and really worked to satisfy me.
